Mr. Li XIAO is the PhD of Electronics Science and Technology at BUPT. He also has taken the role as the Vice- Chairman of ITU-T SG5, Chairman of TC9/WG1 of CCSA (China Communications Standards Association) and the EMC expert of CNAS advisory group. He started his career with the responsibility of EMC related areas, such as the testing, research, standards, etc. Following that he changed the responsibility as the Manager of Wireless telecommunication lab., his areas cover 2G, 3G，4G WLAN and Bluetooth etc. Now his area covers all the aspects of telecommunication related areas, as well as the newly environmental issues.
Mr. XIAO join the activities of ITU-T SG5 from 2000, he used to be the Rapporterur of Q.16 and drafted a lot of K series standards. From 2008, he was elected as the Vice-Chairman of ITU-T SG5, and also the Chairman of Asia-Pacific regional group.
