Xiaohui Yu is the chief engineer of CATR of MIIT, he has over 23 years of experience as a professional researcher in ICT field, which include ICT industry strategy research, policy research, ICT industry planning, communication network and technology research etc. In recent years, He focus on the field of the Broadband plan, mobile Internet, Internet of Things and smart cities etc. He is the group leader of the Chinese Technical Expert Group of EU-China Smart Green City Cooperation. Xiaohui Yu has Won more than 10 awards on ICT research field.
