Session 2: Content and presentation of Recommendation E.MQoS
Objectives: This session looks into the purpose the purpose and the structure of the draft new Recommendation ITU-T E.MQoS on mobile QoS parameters. E.MQoS looks at mobile QoS parameters from a user perspective which is different from technology-centric KPIs.

Session 4: Mobile Internet QoS evaluation, methodology and tools for 3G networks Country case: Morocco
Objectives: This session discusses mobile Internet QoS evaluation issues. After a brief introduction of a framework of QoS/QoE measurement, type of measurements will be shown. Then, measurement parameters, platform and tools will be introduced. The country case of Morocco will also be presented.
