BAAH-ACHEAMFUOR Kwame

Kwame is the current Chairman of ITU-T Study Group 12 responsible for Performance, QoS and QoE. Also, Kwame is responsible for the technical regulations planning and monitoring of communications services at the National Communications Authority, Ghana since 2006.

Kwame started his engineering career as a Transmission Operations and Maintenance Engineer for two and half years with Ghana Telecom (now Vodafone Ghana) for 3 years and continued as a Radio Network Engineer with Ghana Telecom for two and half years from 2003 to 2006.

Kwame has a Bachelor of Science Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Majors in Telecommunications and Electronics) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and also holds a Masters in Business Administration (Project Management).  He was the Chairman of the ITU-T Study Group 12 Regional Group for Africa from 2011 to 2012 and the Editor of ITU-T Recommendation E.803.
