ITU Workshop on Regulatory Aspects of Telecommunication Service Quality in Latin America

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) organized a virtual workshop on regulatory aspects of telecommunication service quality taking place from 2 to 4 June 2021 at 15h00 to 18h00 CEST I 13h00 - 16h00 UTC each day.

The workshop was geared towards the interests of national regulatory authorities in Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America, and was held in the context of WTSA-16 Resolution 95 on "ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector initiatives to raise awareness on best practices and policies related to service quality".

The workshop was held in Spanish.
