​​Zehui Cheng
Changan Automobile​

Zehui Cheng holds a master‘s degree in mechanical engineering (in the direction of human factors engineering) from Technical University of Munich. After study, he joined Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. He is currently responsible for vehicular human factor research, especially for human-machine-interaction.​
Stéphane Feron
Stellantis

He holds an Engineer diploma from Centrale-Supelec, and works for more than twenty years in the field of automotive HMI. Entered in 1999 at PSA Peugeot Citroen, where he was in charge of the innovation for HMI devices until 2010. Afterwards he became corporate expert to support and guide innovation and development works in the field. ​

He holds an Engineer diploma (master) in electrical engineering and information technologies and is expert leader for Standardisation and Industry in the fields of Connected Vehicle, Smart Cockpit Maps and infotainment at Huawei Technologies. After working at Siemens in Germany, as software developer, he founded FSCOM to provide consultancy in different vertical domains relating to Intelligent connected devices. He strongly contributes to the standardisation at ETSI as member through many ETSI Specialist Task Forces. Before joining Huawei he worked at ERTICO leading Connected and Automated Mobility Research and Innovation, where he coordinated EU-funded actions dealing with Cooperative and Connected Automated Mobility, eCall, GNSS and 5G, Cloud computing and IoT, e.g. the AUTOPILOT innovation action about IoT for Autonomous Vehicle and the 5G-MOBIX Innovation Action about 5G for CCAM. He is the chairman of the AIOTI (Alliance for Internet of Thing Innovation) working Group on Smart Mobility and Member of the AIOTI Steering Board. He is delegate in ISO TC22, TC204 and TC211 and member of the Open AR Cloud.
Chang Li

Chang Li received a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, China, in 2020. He is currently an engineer in the department of frontier technology research, Chongqing Changan Automobile. His research interests include artificial intelligence, computer vision, and robotics.

Hideki Yamamoto

Dr. Hideki Yamamoto is a product manager of video delivery system business unit in Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd in Japan. The product, called OKI MediaServer, is popular as an IPTV platform based on ITU-T H.721 and H.702 and was adopted in ITU IPTV IPv6 Global Testbed (I3GT).  He has a long history of IPTV standardization in ITU-T. He was one of editors of the ITU-T recommendation of IPTV audience measurement (ITU-T H.741.0 - H.741.4), IPTV based digital signage system framework (ITU-T H.780), multimedia framework for IPTV (ITU-T H.763.3), accessibility profiles for IPTV services (ITU-T H.702) and so on. Now, he is a vice chairman of ITU-T SG16 (Multimedia and digital services), co-Chairman of WP2 (e-services including accessibility, human interface, vehicular multimedia, digital health and so on) in ITU-T SG16, and Chairman of Expert Group on Multimedia Applications in Asia-Pacific Telecommunity Standardization Program (ASTAP).
