Emilio CARRERA FELIX holds an economist degree from the Catholic and Pontifical University of Ecuador (Quito, Ecuador), a Master in ICT and Humanities from Montpellier University (Montpellier, France) and a Master in Telecommunications economics from Paris II – Pantheon Assas University (Paris, France). Recently, he obtained a PhD in Economics from Paris II – Pantheon Assas University.
Emilio CARRERA FELIX has worked as teacher and researcher at the Catholic and Pontifical University of Ecuador and researcher and fellow lecturer (ATER) at the Paris Center for Law and Economics of Paris II – Pantheon Assas University.
