Doyoung Eom

Doyoung Eom is a PhD candidate in International Studies at the Graduate School of International Studies, Yonsei University in South Korea. She holds an MA in Global Economy & Strategy (International Trade/Management) from Yonsei University, and a BA in International Studies (International Law & Diplomacy) from Ewha Womans University. Her research interest includes international trade, standardization and e-Health. Her current research is focused on disruptive technologies, especially in the area of healthcare and related regulatory, policy, standardization issues. She has published papers on standardization including, "An analysis of the multiplicity of an international standard: the case of ISO pallet sizes", "A Delphi Study of Standardization Strategies for Disruptive Technologies (in Korean)", "Standardization Policy of the EU and its Implications for FTA: A Comparative Analysis of Korea-EU FTA and Korea-US FTA (in Korean)".
