Jingze Li is a PhD candidate at Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society of Tilburg University in the Netherlands. Her research interests include intellectual property issues in technical standards and license issues in open source software. Prior to her current position, she got a degree of Juris Master of Chinese Law from China University of Political Science and Law and a degree of LL.M of European and International law from Hamburg University.
