Rudy O. Grether is a Specialist in Quality Engineering. He also received a degree in Construction Engineering at National Technological University. Currently, he is the Dean of the National Technological University in the Regional Faculty of Santa Fe.
The engineer is in charge of the Santa Fe Regional Secretary of CIRSOC (Research Center for National Civil Works Safety Regulations). He is an Expert of the Fund for Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries (FO-AR) under the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in diverses technical assistance in Central America. Moreover, he is a Consultant of the PanAmerican Health Organization (PAHO) in Hospital safety. Because of his recognized academic and scientific hierarchy, and his experience in university management, Rudy became in one of the evaluators of the National Commission for University Evaluation and Accreditation (CONEAU) in the process of evaluating engineering careers in universities of the country, from October 2002 to the present.
He develops his research works at Research and Development Center for Construction and Housing (CECOVI) besides He teaches in Materials Technology at Technological University and Catholic University of Santa Fe. He is co-author of many technical and scientific publications about materials technology.
