Executive Summary of the WP1/11 meeting (virtual, 19 November 2020)
Working Party 1/11 “Signalling requirements and protocols for emerging telecommunications networks” meeting was held fully virtual on 19 November 2020 and was attended by 14 delegates from 8 countries. The meeting was preceded by SG11 Rapporteur Group meetings of Question 3/11.
Following decision of the SG11 closing plenary meeting which took place on 31 July 2020, two interim Rapporteur Group meetings were arranged for Q3/11 and Q4/11 before this Working Party plenary meeting. Due to lack of contributions, the Q4/11 interim Rapporteur Group meeting planned on 11-13 November was cancelled. Q3/11 interim Rapporteur Group meeting was held on 4-5 November 2020. There were no interim Rapporteur Group meetings planned for Q1/11, Q2/11 and Q5/11 prior to this particular Working Party 1 meeting.

Note: as Q4/11 interim Rapporteur Group meeting (11-13 November 2020) was cancelled, the consent of draft Recommendations Q.SCC and Q.VNFT-req, which were planned to be completed at this particular meeting, was postponed to the next SG11 meeting which is preliminary scheduled to take place in April 2021 (TBC).

At this particular meeting, WP1/11 achieved the following outcomes:
- Considered iLS on progress of ITU-T Y.CPN-arch: "Framework and architecture of Computing Power Network" (SG11-LS130, SG11-LS131) [from ITU-T SG13] and prepared the reply (SG11-TD62/WP1).
- Approved three oLSs:
- LS/o on initiation of new work item Q.Sig_Req_ETS_IMS_roaming "Signalling requirements for emergency telecommunication service in IMS roaming environment" [to ITU-T SG2, 3GPP SA6] (SG11-TD60/WP1);
- LS/o/r on Disaster Relief Use Cases (reply to ITU-R WP5A-Document 5A/TEMP/1-E; ITU-R WP5D-5D/TEMP/179(Rev.3)) [to ITU-D SG2 Q5/2, ITU-R WP5A, ITU R WP5D] (SG11-TD61/WP1);
- LS/o/r on feedback to SG13 on computing power network related work items (SG13-LS185) [to ITU-T SG13] (SG11-TD62/WP1).
- Approved one new work item:

- Approved the meeting report of Q3/11;
