Summary of Questions' Results
Working Party 1/20 was preceded by the Rapporteur group meetings of Q1/20, Q2/20, Q3/20 and Q4/20 from 15-23 January 2018

Question 1/20 –"End to end connectivity, networks, interoperability, infrastructures and Big Data aspects related to IoT and SC&C" summary
The Rapporteur group meeting of Q1/20 under the chairmanship of Rapporteur Mr Jun Seob Lee took place from 15-23 January 2018 and worked on the ftp. All rapporteur documents can be found on: https://www.itu.int/ifa/t/2017/sg20/exchange/wp1/q1/2018_01_Geneva/
Question 1/20 discussed three Contributions. During the meeting, Q1/20 made progress on two on-going draft Recommendations. At the meeting, Question 1/20 produced three output documents and two revised texts of on-going draft Recommendations. Question 1/20 agreed to delete two work items from the work program.
The meeting report of Q1/20 (TD591-R1) was approved at the plenary of WP1/20.

Question 2/20 – "Requirements, capabilities, and use cases across verticals" summary
The Rapporteur group meeting of Q2/20 under the chairmanship of Rapporteur Mr Marco Carugi took place from 15-23 January 2018 and worked on the ftp. All rapporteur documents can be found on: https://www.itu.int/ifa/t/2017/sg20/exchange/wp1/q2/2018_01_Geneva/
The Question 2/20 meeting reviewed 31 Contributions and 4 TDs (including 2 incoming Liaison Statements). The meeting had lively exchanges and relevant inputs from both physically and remotely present participants . The Question made progress on 12 on-going draft Recommendations and 1 ongoing draft Supplement. It finally got meeting agreement on the submission of two requests for consent, concerning Y.IoT-AC-Reqts and Y.AERS-reqts, at the 24 January WP1/20 meeting. Four new work items were also agreed at the Q2/20 level for consideration by the 24 January WP1/20 meeting of the initiation of the following 3 draft Recommendations and 1 draft Supplement: "Specific Requirements and Capabilities of the Internet of Things for Business Process Management" (proposed as draft Rec. Y.IoT-BPM-reqts-caps), "Use Cases of Smart Cities and Communities" (proposed as draft Supp. Y.SCC-Use-Cases), "IoT requirements for edge computing" (proposed as draft Rec. Y.IoT-EC-reqts) and "Requirements and Use Cases for Universal Communication Module of Mobile IoT devices" (proposed as draft Rec. Y.IoT-UM-reqts). Two outgoing Liaison Statements were agreed for submission to the 24 January WP1/20 meeting and the general living list of Q2/20 was amended. 
The meeting report of Q2/20 (TD592) was approved at the closing plenary of WP1/20.

Question 3/20 – "Architectures, management, protocols and Quality of Service" summary
The Rapporteur group meeting of Q3/20 under the chairmanship of Rapporteur Ms Shane He took place from 16-23 January 2018 and worked on the ftp. All rapporteur documents can be found on: https://www.itu.int/ifa/t/2017/sg20/exchange/wp1/q3/2018_01_Geneva/
The meeting considered in total 31 contributions which were submitted to Q3/20. During the meeting, it was agreed to send three new work items to WP1 for approval. and it was agreed to send 14 draft Recommendations to WP1 for consent. Progress was made on all other on-going draft Recommendations and 2 outgoing ls were forwarded to the plenary of WP1/20 for consideration.
The meeting report of Q3/20 (TD593-R1) was approved at the closing plenary of WP1/20.

Question 4/20 – "e/Smart services, applications and supporting platforms" summary
The Rapporteur group meeting of Q4/20 under the chairmanship of Rapporteur Mr Gyu Myoung Lee took place from 15-23 January 2018 and worked on the ftp. All rapporteur documents can be found on: https://www.itu.int/ifa/t/2017/sg20/exchange/wp1/q4/2018_01_Geneva/
Question 4/20 discussed 16 contributions. Q4/20 had no initial draft Recommendation. At the meeting, Q4/20 produced 9 output documents including the meeting report. The main results of the meeting are the following updated drafts: Y.del-fw (TD632/GEN), Framework of delegation service for the IoT devices; Y.ISG-fr (TD633/GEN), Framework of Smart Greenhouse Service; Y.TPS-afw (TD634/GEN), Architectural framework for providing transportation safety service; Y.WoO-hn  (TD635/GEN), Architecture of Web of Objects based virtual home network; Y.STD (TD636/GEN), Functional Architecture for Management to Smart Tourist Destinations; Y.IoT-BoT-fw (TD637/GEN), Framework of blockchain of things as decentralized service platform; Y.SSL (TD638/GEN), Requirements and Reference Architecture of Smart Street Light; Y.SPL (TD656-R1/GEN), Requirements and functional architecture for smart parking lot in smart city.
The meeting report of Q4/20 (TD594) was approved at the closing plenary of WP1/20.
