Martin Adolph
Study Group Advisor, ITU

Martin Adolph is a Study Group Advisor with ITU, the United Nations’ specialized agency for information and communications technologies. Martin's work facilitates the development of international s​tandards in the field of performance, quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) for the full spectrum of terminals, networks, services and applications ranging from speech over fixed circuit-based networks to multimedia applications over networks that are mobile and packet based. Martin is also responsible for ITU's standardization work in the field of distributed ledger technology. Martin holds degrees in Computer Science from TU Dresden and in Engineering from École Centrale Paris.

​C​o-founder and CEO of EOS Rio, a blockchain infrastructure provider operating in 10+ EOSIO based networks, and Rio Blocks a blockchain studio developing distributed applications. Thiago is an Engineer and business strategist with 10+ years in multiple start-up roles, management consulting background and corporate finance MBA. Currently focusing on building decentralized applications that leverage blockchain to create fairer, more sustainable value generation and distribution. 
Suzana Maranhão Moreno
ITU-T Study Group 16 Q22 Associate Rapporteur / Digital Innovation Analyst, BNDES

Suzana Maranhão Moreno is the Associate Rapporteur of "Distributed Legder Technology and E-services" under ITU-T Study Group 16. She was the vice-chair of ITU-T FG DLT (Focus Group on Application of Distributed Ledger Technology). Co-founder of Digital Innovation Lab in the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES), which is now the main technical responsible for deploying a national infrastructure to blockchain in Brazil. She is also the Vice-coordinator of Blockchain Action Group at the Brazilian Anti-corruption and Money Laundering Strategy (ENCCLA).

Mr. Lei Zhang is a senior engineer and blockchain researcher in Baidu and the core committer of XuperChain. His research interest includes virtual machine of blockchain, data storage for distributed ledger and smart contract security. He is well experienced in building decentralized applications based on Ethereum and other blockchain systems. Currently, he is focusing on virtual machines and smart contracts for the promotion of blockchain and studying the combination of blockchain technology and 5G for IoT.
