Terms of reference:

  • To submit to Committee 3 reports including proposals, on the basis of the proposals of ITU Member States and ITU-T Sector Members and the TSAG reports submitted to the assembly regarding collaboration, or any other item that may be assigned by Committee 3 within its mandate, as required.
