Generation Connect – Commonwealth of Independent States Youth Envoys (GC-CIS) – Cohort of 2022
ITU Generation Connect is an initiative created to provide young people from this region with an opportunity to discuss the prospects and challenges associated with the development of information and communication technologies (ICT). With this opportunity, its members will be able to share their interest and vision for digital transformation.
The 2022 cohort of GC-CIS Youth Envoys contributed by sharing their interest and vision for digital transformation with members of the International Telecommunication Union, in particular, in the context of the Generation Connect Global Youth Summit and the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) held in June 2022. One of the results of their work was the development of a collective document presented at the Regional Preparatory Meeting for the CIS Region held on April 21-22, 2021.
