Masterclass #4 - Another pandemic? The impact of screentime on our mental health

Social isolation. Excessive screentime. Cyberbullying. Psychology and mental health experts discuss the downside of digital in the context of COVID-19 and our increasing reliance on digital technologies in all areas of our personal, professional and social lives. Young people share their stories and testimonials on the negative impact of digital technologies in all these areas – and then work with experts to co-design suitable coping strategies to maintain a healthy relation with digital technologies, benefiting from all the good stuff whilst reducing the risks.
