ITU study on the assessment of digital accessibility policies in Serbia

This report is the result of direct assistance provided to the Government of the Republic of Serbia through the ITU Regional Initiative for Europe on accessibility, affordability and skills development for all, to ensure digital inclusion and sustainable development, under the overall coordination of the ITU Regional Office for Europe. This report encourages action to be developed and policies to be implemented for ICT accessibility and digital inclusion that will prevent mass exclusion of and discrimination against vulnerable populations, including persons with disabilities and older persons, in future emergency situations.
