It features the Kigali Declaration, Kigali Action Plan, 28 regional initiatives – for Africa, the Americas, the Arab States, Asia and the Pacific, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Europe – 40 revised resolutions and four new ones, and 14 ITU-D study Questions; all of which are designed to foster meaningful universal connectivity and sustainable digital transformation around the world in the period 2022 2025.
