A technical report assembling system parameters and system characteristics for the BSS bands between 17.3 GHz and 42.5 GHz and associated feeder links.
The report includes, among others, study results for 21 GHz band broadcasting satellites, measured downlink receiving earth station antenna patterns, examples of BSS systems utilizing the locally-variable e.i.r.p. systems in the 21 GHz band, and a methodology to evaluate unwanted emission from 21 GHz band BSS.
