This Report includes the sharing and compatibility studies of High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) systems in the 38-39.5 GHz frequency range with the Fixed Service (FS), the Mobile Service (MS) and the Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) to which the bands are allocated on a primary basis, and also with the Space Research Service (SRS) in the adjacent band.
It also provides the sharing and compatibility studies referenced under further resolves 1 of Resolution 160 (WRC-15), to ensure the protection of the existing services allocated to the frequency range and taking into account relevant footnotes of Article 5 of the RR.
