Regional Development Forum for CIS (RDF-CIS) 2025

The Regional Development Forum for the Commonwealth of Independent States Region (RDF-CIS) takes place on 23 April 2025 in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. It is followed by the Regional Preparatory Meeting for WTDC-25 for the Commonwealth of Independent States (RPM-CIS) from 24 to 25 April.

RDF-CIS is organized at the kind invitation of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Annual Regional Development Forum for the Commonwealth of Independent States Region provides an opportunity for an exchange of views between ITU and decision-makers of ITU Member States and Sector Members, as well as other stakeholders in the CIS region.

RDF-CIS 2025 is open to all stakeholders willing to strengthen cooperation and partnership among telecommunication/ICT policymakers, regulators, industry, academia, regional and international development agencies, and organizations on specific regional telecommunication and ICT matters.

RDF-CIS is a paperless forum. Documents related to this event, including the agenda, presentations, and practical information with guidance on how to connect to the online platform, were made available through this web page.
