Doreen Bogdan-Martin served as the Director of ITU's Telecommunication Development Bureau from 2019 - 2022, which works with ITU members and other stakeholders to close the digital divide and drive digital transformation for positive social impact.
She took office on 1 January 2019 and is the first woman in ITU history to hold one of the organization's top elected management positions.
