- “A Methodology for Identifying Connectivity Gaps and Strengthening Resilience in the New Normal” helps beneficiary countries develop resilient digital infrastructure as well as to update their national broadband plans or digital strategies.
- The Connect2Recover Research Competition was launched to identify promising research proposals that will accelerate digital inclusion during the COVID-19 recovery and promote academic research on digital resiliency and digital inclusion. Supported by Huawei, 15 winning proposals are awarded grants of USD 42,000 each to develop their research over six months. A summary of the 15 research papers will be presented at WTDC.
