Puntos de código independientes de la codificación para la identificación del tipo de señal de vídeo |
En ITU-T H.273 se definen varios puntos de código y campos que establecen propiedades de un vídeo (o imagen estática) y que son independientes de la codificación de la compresión y de la velocidad binaria. Estas propiedades pueden describir la interpretación adecuada de los datos decodificados o pueden, análogamente, describir las características de dicha señal antes de las señales comprimidas por un codificador que es adecuado para comprimir dicha señal de entrada. El texto fue preparado como Recomendación conciliada correspondiente a los puntos de código de vídeo en ISO/CEI 23001-8:2016 y su Enmienda 1 en colaboración con ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 29/WG 11 (MPEG). Ambas organizaciones (el UIT-T y la ISO/CEI) la publicarán como un texto común armonizado desde el punto de vista técnico. |
