La présente Recommandation décrit le réseau d'accès optique devant être employé lors de la conception et de la construction de réseaux de fibres jusqu'au domicile (FTTH). Elle concerne principalement les architectures de réseaux d'accès et l'amélioration des fibres optiques ou leur nouvelle mise en place dans les réseaux d'accès optiques.
