La Recommandation UIT-T X.509 | ISO/CEI 9594-8 définit des cadres pour les certificats de clé publique et les certificats d'attribut. Le cadre des certificats de clé publique est la spécification de base relative aux certificats de clé publique et aux différentes composantes constituant une infrastructure de clé publique (PKI) pour les procédures de validation et pour la révocation des certificats de clé publique, etc. Le cadre des certificats d'attribut est la spécification de base relative aux certificats d'attribut et aux différentes composantes constituant l'infrastructure de gestion des privilèges (PMI). Ces cadres peuvent être utilisés par les organismes de normalisation afin de définir leurs profils d'application pour les infrastructures PKI et PMI. |
