La Recommandation UIT-T K.103 décrit la structure, les caractéristiques, les performances et des exemples d'application des éléments de protection contre les surtensions (SPC) utilisant une ou deux jonctions PN au silicium, destinés à protéger les centraux et les équipements utilisés en extérieur, les équipements des abonnés ou des clients et les lignes de télécommunication contre les surtensions. Les technologies des jonctions PN considérées sont les suivantes: claquage par effet Zener, claquage par effet d'avalanche, repli, perçage et redressement. |
