В Рекомендации МСЭ-T H.273 определены различные кодовые точки и поля, которые устанавливают свойства видеоизображения (или неподвижного изображения) и не зависят от метода кодирования при сжатии и битовой скорости. Указанные свойства могут служить целям надлежащей интерпретации декодированных данных или, аналогичным образом, описания характеристик такого сигнала перед сжатием сигналов кодером, подходящим для сжатия этого входного сигнала. Текст разработан как идентичный текст Рекомендации, соответствующий точкам видеокода в ИСО/МЭК 23001-8:2016 и Поправке 1 к нему, в сотрудничестве с ОТК 1 ПК 29/РГ 11 ИСО/МЭК (MPEG). Он будет опубликован обеими организациями (МСЭ-Т и ИСО/МЭК) как технически согласованный идентичный текст. |
