В спецификации шлюза телевизионного преобразования STB DOCSIS (DSG) содержатся дополнительные требования для системы завершения кабельного модема DOCSIS и кабельного модема DOCSIS (Приложение B/J.112 и Рек. МСЭ-Т J.122) для поддержки конфигурации и транспорта с классом обслуживания, известным под названием "Передача сообщений по внеполосному каналу (OOB)", между контроллером телевизионного преобразования (или сервером приложений) и оборудованием в помещении клиента (CPE). В общих случаях под CPE подразумевается цифровой телевизионный преобразователь STB, но это могут быть и другие устройства CPE, например домашние шлюзы или другое электронное оборудование. |
