确定和选择全球统一编号的指导原则
ITU-T E.164建议书增补6概述了全球统一编号（GHN）的好处并为在每个国家编号方案中得以挑选相同号码提供了指导原则，从而适时实现“同号码–同业务”的理念。该增补还阐述了设立GHN要考虑的一些主要要求。
