ITU-T K.89建议书给出了对建筑物内电信设备使用者和与电信设备有关的建筑物居住者保护必要性的评估方法。 这一方法是建立在风险评估基础上的:当风险大于可承受风险时,采取保护措施是必要的。建议给出可承受风险的最大值。 闪电风险部件可能成为造成电信业务使用者和建筑物居住者伤害的原因,使用这些部件可以对风险进行评估。(闪电直接进入线路或与线路一端相连的建筑物)。 风险评估是按照IEC62305-2的第2版做的。通过电信网络运营商简单风险评估可决定何时在不具建筑物特性的电信线路的进入建筑物入口处安装放电管(GDTs)。本建议书与ITU-T K.47建议书一起可对直接进入电信线路的闪电进行更准确的风险评估,而IEC62305-2可对进入建筑物的闪电风险进行评估。 |
