安装在接入网和主干网的电信设备的耐过电压和过电流的能力

ITU-T K.45建议书规定了安装在电信中心之间和电信中心与客户住处之间的电信设备的抗力要求和测试程序。建议书中包括的过电压或过电流是指发电厂或附近发生雷击、相邻交流电源线或铁路系统短期导电、电源故障引发的接地电位上升、通信线路与电源线的直接接触以及静电放电等原因导致的电涌。与ITU-T K.45建议书（2018年）相比，本建议书包含以下变化：• 直流电绝缘阻抗测试；• 一份特殊要求附件。
