电信设施电气设备的电磁兼容性要求

ITU-T K.123建议书阐述了安装于电信设施的电力系统的辐射和传导发射要求。本建议书所述电力系统包括：提供最高400V直流（DC）电压的整流器、含与电网相连功率转换器（PCS）的电力空调系统（PCS）、不间断电源（UPS），包含电信系统操作所需空调的逆变器驱动电力设备。这些电力系统包含电力转换设备，可能产生传导和辐射电磁干扰并引发电信系统性能的劣化。
