针对随机发生的过电压现象(如闪电放电)的保护措施在很大程度上是基于经验的。与旧设备相比,现代设备更容易损坏。复杂通信系统中的严重后果也可能发生在建筑物密集的区域,早期被归类为未暴露区域。具有高天线杆的无线电台在无线通信中的广泛使用已经显著增加了由于对现场的直接雷击而造成损坏的风险。保护需求应基于风险评估,考虑系统的成本和重要性、特定场所的电磁环境以及损坏的可能性。保护级别和保护方法的类型也应根据保护装置的安装和维护成本进行选择。对过电压发生概率和现有电信装置灵敏度的评估应能为整个系统提供均衡的保护。在长期或临时有人的暴露场所,采取保护措施消除雷暴期间对人员的严重伤害尤为重要。 |
