ITU-T P.1502建议书的编写是基于ITU-T焦点小组数字金融服务技术报告“数字金融服务的QoS和QoE问题”(见参考文献中的[b-DFS TR]) 首次发表的,端到端服务质量(QoS)关键性能指标(KPI)的定义。本书详细介绍了相关方法,并与2018年上半年在加纳进行的使用该方法现场测试建立了链接。
在许多国家,从最终用户设备到其他设备或其他实体的资金转移已经成为日常生活中的一个重要组成部分。然而,这项服务有赖于移动网络的功能。因此,汇款服务功能、服务质量和体验质量(QoE)与这些移动网络的服务质量和正常功能之间存在联系,需要定义相应的质量指标和测试方法。
