Name: IEEE 802.3df-2024
Title: IEEE Standard for Ethernet Amendment 9: Media Access Control Parameters for 800 Gb/s and Physical Layers and Management Parameters for 400 Gb/s, and 800 Gb/s Operation
2. Status of approval:
Approved on 15 February 2024.
3. Justification for the specific reference:
ITU-T G.798 (2023) Amendment 2 (Edition 7.2) includes the specifications of the ODUflexP to ETC800GR and FlexOnM to ETC800GR adaptation functions. ETC800GR (800GBASE-R Ethernet PCS) signals are defined in IEEE 802.3df.
