Summary:
The use of small base stations has become more common in the current mobile transmitting infrastructure. Small base stations have lower power levels, but they are installed much closer to the users in comparison to macro base stations. This Recommendation will consider the overall exposure levels around small base stations in areas accessible to people in comparison with areas around macro base stations.
