Current guidance of the ITU-T Recommendation K.91 is very general and do not take into account development of the new technologies, devices, systems and expansion of the frequency range for the millimetre radiowaves. This new Recommendation will cover all these issues in order to give dedicated and clear guidance for the compliance assessment of devices operating close to the human body based mainly on the IEC and IEEE outcomes.
