Summary:
|
With the rapid increase of the share of electric vehicles in the city, more and more electric vehicle users put forward high request for charging service. Therefore, smart charging service for electric vehicles is the future development direction, and is an important part of smart city. Compared with the traditional charging service, smart charging service has advantages of convenient service procedure, high charging efficiency and two-way business model.
Relevant products of smart charging service have already emerged. But the lack of standards limits operators' ability to meet rising demand across the globe. Therefore, a unified standard is needed to specify the capability and functions of smart charging service.
This Recommendation will help to promote electric vehicles industry and develop business potential of charging service.
