This draft Recommendation provides requirements for telecommunications service design within SOMM. SDN/NFV aware orchestration in the service providing sub-layer of SOMM is aimed at arranging and coordinating networks' resources to satisfy customers' demands for both physical and virtual infrastructures. It usually includes service orchestration and resource orchestration. Telecommunications service design aims to generate a telecommunication service template, which defines service provisioning information for orchestration in the SDN/NFV aware orchestration management function set. The requirements for service design in this draft recommendation includes object design, capability design and verification.
