Summary: Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) refers to content (e.g., image, audio, text) that is generated using advanced generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, as opposed to being created by human authors, which can automate the creation of large amounts of content in a short amount of time. AIGC system could use a cloud as an infrastructure [ITU-T F.AIGC-GFR] and [ITU-T F.CEC-MDG]. AIGC model is usually very large and created by training with a huge data set, which is supported by computation, storage and network resources of a cloud. This Technical Report aims to study QoS assurance of AIGC model in a cloud. It mainly includes overview of AIGC model in a cloud, QoS consideration, QoS assurance requirements, QoS assurance framework and security considerations.
