Summary: Smart buildings suffer from issues such as uncoordinated equipment operation and low energy utilization rates, resulting in a series of industry pain points, including high energy consumption, low data utilization, high operation and maintenance costs. Through IoT technology, smart buildings can achieve real-time monitoring and remote control of energy consumption data, allowing for refined management and intelligent optimization of energy use. This Recommendation specifies the functional architecture of IoT-based energy-saving service for smart buildings. This Recommendation is intended to guide the design, development, implementation, and application of IoT-based energy-saving service for smart buildings.
