In order to promote the credible sharing of construction materials carbon data and promote the effective implementation of emission reduction measures, this draft Recommendation specifies framework and requirements for the end-to-end management for distributed ledger technology (DLT)-based carbon data of construction materials. The framework includes basic data layer, data management layer, DLT layer and service layer. End-to-end management process includes the collection, accounting, audit, analysis, management, and utilization stage of DLT-based carbon data.
