Summary:
|
The purpose of the Recommendation is to provide the ground for joint modelling and benchmarking of QoE and EE to allow for well-grounded comparisons between applications, services and devices as well as optimisation and in particular rightsizing of ICT resources.
To this end, the Recommendation will:
– define a set of modelling-oriented QoE2 measures and metrics, capturing the relationship between QoE and EE;
– propose a set of reporting formats for the QoE2M2 to facilitate comparisons and EE optimisation.
