Abstract :

The Radiocommunication Assembly of 2015 (RA-15) revised Resolution ITU-R 2. In addition,
RA-15 instructed "the Radiocommunication Advisory Group to examine, on the basis of relevant contributions, proposals for improving the WRC preparatory process and to submit the results of that examination for consideration by the 2019 Radiocommunication Assembly." (see §5 of document RA15/PLEN/101 - Summary Report of the Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Radiocommunication Assembly).
