Abstract :

Summary
Council 2015 agreed that the ICT Discovery should be self-sustaining and asked the Secretariat to report to the 2016 Session of Council on the current status of ICT Discovery and its future development. Councillors were invited to provide input for inclusion in the report. This document is based on the assumption the recommendation of the CWG-HQ is approved by Council-16.
