Abstract :

Under No. 101 of the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union and Article 30 of the Financial Regulations of the Union, the Secretary-General is requested to submit a financial operating report each year to the Council.
The Financial Operating Report for the 2017 financial year covers:
o The unaudited accounts for the 2017 financial year of the budget of the Union.
o The unaudited accounts for 2017 for technical cooperation projects, voluntary contributions and the ITU Staff Superannuation and Benevolent Funds.
o The unaudited ITU TELECOM World 2017 event.
