Abstract :

This report provides a very brief summary of key elements and recommendations of the Dalberg report contained in document C20/10 and information on hiring of a consultancy for the second phase.
Document C20/10 was presented at the second virtual consultation of councillors and it was agreed to further consider the report and make recommendations at the 2021 session of the Council.
