Abstract :

At present, the world is in a critical period of transition from IPv4 network to IPv6 network, and some developing countries have already started to deploy IPv6 on a large scale, while innovative technologies and industrial development based on IPv6 are emerging rapidly. It is proposed to add IPv6+ industry, technology and commercial innovation trends in the "recognizing" section; and to add IPv6+ to the description of IPv6 to reflect the technology trend in the "resolves", "instructs the Director of the Telecommunication Development Bureau" and "invites Member States" sections.
