Abstract :

This document is to report to the 2022 Plenipotentiary Conference on the implementation of the Plenipotentiary Conference Resolution 212 (Dubai, 2018) and Council Decision 588 by providing a progress report and follow-up on the progress made on the design and construction of the Union's Headquarters Premises Project since PP-18.
